产教融合视域下高职体育课程助力职业体能培育的路径研究

[Abstract] This paper analyzes the inherent interdependent relationship between the development and evolution of industry-education integrationand thecore value of vocational physical fitnesstraining,which complement each other. Combining with the practical scenarios of majors such asconstruction engineering technology,early childhood care, andlogistics management,itsystematicall explores the practical dilemmas ofcurrculum goals being disconnected from profesional needs,inadequate adaptation of teaching content to the industry,lack of "dual competence"in teaching staff,solidifedevaluationsystems,ndimprfectshoolenterprisecollaborationmechanisms.Onthisbasis,fromfive dimensions of currculum objectives,teaching content,teaching staff evaluation mechanisms,andcolaborative education, it proposes implementation paths: constructing a post-oriented objective system,developing industryintegratedcontentmodules,creatingacollaborative teachngstaf teambetweeindustryeducation,establishingamulti dimensional evaluation mechanism,and improving the benefit-sharing collaboration mechanism.The purpose is to provide practical guidance forhigher vocationalphysical educationcurrculumtoalignwith industrial needsandenhance theeffectivenessofvocational physicalftness training,therebyfacilitating theimplementationandefectiveness of the industry-education integration talent training model.
