[Abstract] While Shenzhen's adolescent physical health indicators,such as myopia and obesity rates,outperform the nationalaverage,therearestill widespreadproblems suchasdeclining physicalftnessand insuficient exercisehabits. This research is based on the unique population structure and urban characteristics of Shenzhen,focusing on the current situationof insufficientcollaborationin"home-school-community"collaboration.Throughanalysis,itidentifescore issues, including low familyengagement,limited school leadership,and fragmented communityresources.Theresearch proposes to use the "three-dimensionalinkage"school-based model as thecore,and through innovative measures suchas flexible rightsandresponsibilities listsystem,digital platformconstruction,andnegotiationanddiscussion mechanism,toconstructathree-level promotion pathof "prevention interventionimprovement",providingasystematic solution forpromoting the health of adolescents in mega cities.
