高校体育教学“学练赛评”一体化教学模式研究

[Abstract]As the reform of physical education teaching in universitiescontinues to advance,the issues of disconnection between learning and practice and separation between competition and evaluation in traditional teaching have become increasingly prominent.Guided by the cultivation of core competencies,this paper systematically analyzes the integrated teaching modelof learning,practice,competition,and evaluation in university physical education,exploring thespecificconnotations of its threedimensional integrationof knowledge andskils,proceses and methods,andafectiveatributes.Itexplains theimplementationsignificanceof this model inaddressing traditional teachingchalenges,promoting students'comprehensive development,and promoting the transformationof teacher roles.By organizing teaching concepts such as three-dimensional integration goal-seting,spiral progresioncontent design,diverse interaction methodapplication,and fullcycle closed-loop evaluation construction,combined with implementationpathways forfacultydevelopment,facilityimprovement,andcollaborativemechanisms,itprovides theoretical support and practical references for the reform of university physical education teaching, with the potential to enhance teaching quality of physical education teaching and students'comprehensive physical literacy.
