基于实战化需求的警察体能训练科学化路径研究

[Abstract] To enhance the matching degree between physical fitnesstraining and practical tasks of the police forces， this paper focuses onthe needs of practicalftnesstraining，analyzes thecurrent isses of high proportion ofbasic projects in training，insuientcontrolandhandingtraning，alackofjobintensitydision，andassssmentconentdetached from practical combat. It proposes scientificoptimization paths.Byadjustingthe training ratio，introducing weightedbearing walking，strengthening grabbing，handling，and sprinting combat movements，setingtraining intensity based on the classfication of job types，and embedding police situation scenarios to enrich assessment dimensions，achieving the practical transformation and indicator quantification of the training mode.
