[Abstract] Core strength serves as the functional foundation for theeffcient execution ofvolleyball specialized techniques,playingakeyroleintrunk stabilization,strength transmision,and movementcontrol.This study focuses onthe pplication ofcore strength training invollyball.Firstly,itanalyzes thecomposition and functional mechanisms of the core musculature,and elucidates their support and regulation functions for technical movements such asserving, dunking,blockingnddefensiveactions;Secondly,thesstemexplores themainmethodsoftaticsupport,damic control,andcomposite specialized training,revealingtheir targeted efectsof diffrent training methods in improving stability,coordination,andexplosivepower;Furthermore,combining with specializedmovements,thestudyanalyzes the impact of core strengthon force transmisson inserving, explosive power generation and landing bufering in spiking, as wellassupport and coordination in blocking and defensive movements.The study proposes that the training cycle and load should be scientificallyarranged,acoredrivenaction chain should be constructed,anda progressive and specialized training strategy should be adopted to achievea deep integration ofcore strength and volleybal specialized techniques,comprehensively improveathletes'competitive level,and reduce the risk ofsports injuries.
