[Abstract] Driven by the goals of "Healthy China" and a strong sports province，Zhejang Province has systematically reshaped the training system for reserve talents in competitive sports.This article is based on reform practices such as sports and educationcolaboration，base herarchy，anddigital governance，andsummarizes three majorachievements basedon oficialdata： synchronous optimizationof registered athlete scaleand hierarchical base layout;The linkage betweencounty-level sports schools promotesabalanced teamand narrows regionaldisparities;Digital platforms enhance the eficiency of talent delivery and the qualityof training.On this basis，strategies have been proposed， including project granularity subdivision and financial direct coordination，differentiated curriculum and academic management integration，dynamic promotion of coaches with star rating in coordination with on-site responsibility system，quantitative training load model，and closed-loop monitoring system for injuries and ilneses.
