[Abstract] Thisresearch，using methodssuchasliteraturereviewandlogicalanalysis，explores theproblemsofdigital technology empowering high-quality development of physical education teaching in coleges and universities，and proposes practical paths.The research holds that digital technology can help enhance teaching eficiency，enhance the interestin physical educationleaming，and promotethesientificprogressof physical education teaching.Inthepractice of digital technology empowerment，there arepractical issues such as incomplete digital infrastructure construction in colleges and universities，lack of necesary digital teaching literacy among physical education teachers，the tendencyof teachersandstudentstofallintothe"trap"oftechnologyandthesingularityofdigitalapplicationscenarios.heseach proposes the folowing paths for high-quality development： itcontinuously improves digital infrastructureconstruction to laya solid foundationfor physical education teaching; it gives fullplay to the leading roleof physical education teachers in promoting digital transformationandenhancing theirdigitaliteracy;itre-recognizestheempowering value of digitaltechnologyandappliesitscientifically;itrealizestheorganicunityof inclassandoutofclassactivities，and promotes the integration of digital technology in multiple fields.
