短道速滑专项有氧耐力训练方法的优化研究

[Abstract] Against the backdrop of the integration of global competitive sportsand technology,specific aerobic endurance training forshort track speed skating isof greatsignificancetoathletes'performance.Thisarticle firstanalyzes its existing training methodsand application scenarios:The continuous skating training method enhances basic aerobic capacityand issuitablefortheinitial stageof trainingortherecoveryperiod;Theinterval skating training method improvesaerobic metabolism eficiencyandis mostlyused in themiddle stage of training;The simulated competition skating training method cultivates adaptability to competitions and is commonly adopted before competitions.The researchfinds that the existing methods have three problems: insuficient adaptation of intensity to individualdiferences, disconnection between scenarios andactual competitions,and unreasonable matching of recovery and load.Based on this,optimizationstrategies are proposed:conductingpesonalizedasessments toadjust training plans,buildingsimulated competition environments,and formulating scientific recovery plans.These strategies provideguidance for thesport's training,helping to improve athletes'performance and China's international competitiveness in this field.
