[Abstract] Employing methods suchas literature reviewand logical analysis，thisstudy investigates thecultivationof reserve talents for youth competitive aerobics in Chinaunder the backgroundof a sports power.The research identifies several key issues，including： the persistent separationof physical educationand competitive training objectives;The levelof scientifictraining inaerobics needs tobeimproved; The isseof talent placement foraerobicsremainsadifiult point;The guarantee mechanism for cultivating reserve talents is not sound;The overallconstruction level of the teachingstaf isnothigh.Thus，thefollowing trainingpath is proposed：transforming educational conceptsanddeepening goalintegration; Itstrengthens digital empowermentandenhances traininglevel;Itexpands thetalentplacemetpath andstrengthenstheimprovementofatletes'abilities;Itstablishsamechanismforinterconnectivityntegatioad cooperation，and strengthens the collborative eforts of multiple stakeholders;It establishes a sound faculty teamand enhances comprehensive abilities.
