[Abstract]Thisarticlecomprehensivelyuses research methodssuchas literaturereviewand logicalanalysis toanalyze thefeasibility of integrated teaching inand out of physical education in vocational collges.Then，specific implementationstrategies fortheintegrated teaching modeof physicaleducationinandoutofvocationalcoleges under the backgroundofdigital trasformationareproposed，incuding： itstrengthenstheconstructionofdigitalinfrastructure; it builds an inteligentsports management platform; itbuilds a resource libraryand strengthens thedesign of physical education teaching proceses;it optimizes theconstruction and training of the teaching staff it improves teaching evaluationand feedback mechanisms.Itaimstopromote innovationand developmentof vocational physical education teaching models throughdigital transformation，layingasolid foundationforcultivatingversatiletalents thatmeetthe needs of the times.
