[Abstract] As a competitive sport,bodybuilding requires athletes to undergo rigorous and systematic training to achieve peak performance.The main purpose of the research is to analyze the training methods of bodybuilders during the preparationand weight lossperiod for competitions,inorder to improve the training quality and efectivenessof bodybuilders during the preparation and weight lossperiod.Based on theanalysis of the competitive ability of bodybuilders,thisarticlediscusesthe preparationtime,stages,andintensityofbodybuilders,pointsouttheimportance of training during the preparation and weight lossperiod,and proposes training methods for bodybuilders during the preparation and weight lossperiod based on the competition rules ofbodybuilding.These methods mainly include muscle retention strategydominated bystrength training,combination strategyofaerobic trainingand high-intensity interval training,gradualregulationoftriningcycleandload,andcollborativeinterventionstrategyintegratingution and training.
