The Path of Talent Cultivation under Information Security Strategy

Abstract： With the acceleration of global digital transformation， network security threats are becoming increasigly severe，and countries are establishing multi-level protection systems.At present，thecore of information securitypoliciesis topromoteindependenttchnologicalinnovation，strengthenenterprisedatasecurityresponsibilities， enhance internationalcooperation，andaddress thechalengesofcross-borderdata transmissonrisksandcomplex network attacks.Guided bythe conceptofa "community with a shared future incyberspace"， we are committed to building a fair and inclusive international network governance system， which requires a large number of knowledge and technical talents in key fields such as encryption technology，quantum computing，and artificial intelligence. Continuous efforts in deepening technological innovation and strengthening talentcultivationare necessaryto have the abilityto respond to evolving cybersecuritythreats and promote the steadydevelopment of the global digitaleconomy. Onthe basisofensuring digitalsovereignty，depenmultilateralcooperation，jointlycreate astable，secure，andpen cyberspace， and provide innovative solutions for global information security governance.
