Abstract： This article takes the implementation of PDCA cycle improvement as the control group and observation group as the research objects，compares the changes in indicators such as the completeness rate of medical record homepage，the accuracyrate of main diagnostic codes，the grade Arate of medical records，and the incidence of unreasonable duplication of medical records before and after，and concludes that the PDCA cycle model should be appliedto the qualitymanagement of traditional Chinese medicine medical records inLcity，whichcan help improve the qualityof traditional Chinese medicine medical record managementandwriting，andalso promote theprotection of medical safety in the whole city.By analyzing the application efect of PDCAcycle management mode in the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine medical records，promoting the transition from extensive management to refined management， it willhelp establish a long-term mechanism for improving medical record quality in the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine medical records in L city.
