Research on Strategies for Enhancing Digital Literacy of Teachers inPrivateUniversities in Shaanxi Province

Abstract：With theadvancementof digital education，teachers'digital literacyhas become a key factoraffecting the quality of education and the development of schools.This article is based on private universities in Shaanxi Provinceand combines relevant national policies to deeply explore thecurrent situation and problems of digital literacy training for teachers inprivateuniversities inthedigitalage.Specific measures toenhance teachers'digital literacyare proposed from four dimensions： enhancing digital awarenes，strengthening digital technology skils，improving digital teachingapplicationcapabilities，andstimulatingdigital teachinginnovationvitality，inorder topromotethehigquality development of digital education in private universities and meet the demand fortalent training in the digital age.
