Training Mode and Teaching Reform of Financial Technology Innovation Talents in the Digital Age

Abstract：This article explores the training mode of innovative talents in financial technology in the digital age.Inresponse tochallengessuch as outdated curriculum design，insufficient teaching staff，and limited practical opportunities for students，teaching reform measures such as introducing cutting-edge technology courses， strengthening data science education，and creating virtual laboratories are proposed.At the same time，teaching methods willbe improved through project-based learning，blended learningonlineand ofline，and international cooperation and exchange.Furthermore，optimize the evaluation system，focus on process evaluation，diversified assessment，and feedback mechanism construction.Aiming to cultivate more professional talents that meet the needs of the times and promote the healthy development of the fintech industry.
