Research on the Construction of Metadata Model for University Infrastructure Archives

Abstract： University infrastructure archives are an important component of university archives，and digital management of them helps to strengthen the protection of originalarchives，improve theutilization efficiency of archivesand theofice effciencyofuniversities，andreproduce theconstruction historyofuniversities.Thisarticle focuses on the digital background，clarifies the basic concepts of university infrastructure archivesand metadata， analyzes the necesityofconstructingametadatamodelforuniversityinfrastructurearchives，sorts out the elements of existing metadata standards，clarifiestheentities，atributes，andrelationshipsofmetadata foruniversityinfrastructure archives，and constructs a metadata model for university infrastructure archives.

高校基建档案及元数据概念梳理

1.1高校基建档案的内容范畴

《基本建设项目档案资料管理暂行规定》中将“基本建设项目档案资料”定义为：“整个建设项目从酝酿、决策到建成投产（使用）的全过程中形成的、应当归档保存的文件，包括基本建设项目的提出、调研、可行性研究、评估、决策、计划、勘测、设计、施工、调试、生产准备、竣工、试生产（使用）等工作活动中形成的文字材料、图纸、图表、计算材料、声像材料等形式与载体的文件材料。（剩余4093字）
