Abstract: This paper focuses on the AI-assisted personalized learning model for normal university students and analyzes its key value in normaleducation.AI conforms to the training lawsof normal universitystudents and accuratelycultivates theircorecompetencies; itbreaks the limitations of traditional teaching andrealizes thedynamic adaptation of learning resources; it empowers autonomous learning ability and lays a foundation for lifelong learning development.By adopting strategies such as building an inteligent needs diagnosis system to accurately identify weak points in learning,constructing a dynamic resource recommendation mechanism to match personalized learning paths, improvingan intellgent learning situation feedback module to strengthen processbased regulation of learning,and perfectingahuman-machinecollaborative teaching ecology toenhancethe practical efectivenessofthe model,this paper aims to promote the innovation of normal educationand provide strong support for cultivating excelent teachers who meet the needs of the new era.
