Abstract： With the transformation of the construction industry， prefabricated buildings face many problems interms of quality，manpower，cost，safety，and other aspects.Taking aresidentialcommunityas acase study， the GuanglianDa digital project management platform integrates BIM+technology，materials，quality，safety，and production systems to implement optimization.The BIM+technologysystem builds a cross departmentalcollboration mechanism to enhance transparency of rights and responsibilities; The material system realizes dynamic resource allcation and optimizesconfigurationeficiency;Thequality systemaccelerates therectification processthrough electronic filing; The security system reduces the incidence of acidents through hierarchical control; The production system ensures construction progress throughreal-timeverificationof progressmodelsandon-sitedata.This platform efectively solves thepainpointsof prefabricated construction，and with the development of digital technology， its application prospects will be even broader.
