Abstract： This method utilizes tag recognition technology to sample information on the employment interest characteristics of college student users; Using a conditional radom field modelthat integrates long short-term memory neural networks，a targeted employment demand portrait is generated based on the extracted employment interest features;Byutilizing the generated portraits and combining them withthe Apriori algorithm for precise matching of interest feature points，personalized jobrecommendations canbe achieved.The results indicate that the designed method can achieve precise job recommendations for colege students while ensuring the quality of job opportunities.
