Research on the Digital and Informatization Management Path of Archives Management

Abstract： With the deepening implementation of China's "Digital China" and "Smart Government" initiatives， the digital and informatization transformation of archives management has become a critical link in enhancing government governance capabilities and public service eficiency. This paper takes the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau as a specific case study to systematically examine the current status，existing challenges，and optimization pathwaysof itsarchives management in the process of digital and informatization transformation.The research indicates that archives management in such bureaus generally faces prominent issues such as information silos，uneven levelsof digitization，high securityrisks，and ashortage of specialized talent.This paper proposes that keytechnologies—includingartificialinteligence，blockchain，cloud platforms，andbigdata—shouldbesystematically appliedto constructanintegrated，intellgentarchivesmanagementsystemencompasing "collection，storage，aalysis， sharing，andsecurity."Basedonthecurrent stateofarchivesdigitization intheXCountyHumanResources and Social Security Bureau，aplatformconstructionplanis proposed，aiming to provide theoreticalreferenceand practicalmodels for digital archives development in government departments and public institutions.
