Abstract: This study proposes a dynamic analysis framework for spectrum coexistence between IMT systems and satelite communications inthe24.25GHz~27.5GHzband,enhancing interferencequantificationand compatibility analysis.The framework quantifies interference from IMTbase stations (BS)to satelite downlinks,focusing on the interference control mechanisms of BS electronic downtilt angles and dynamic Network Load Factor (NFL).Monte Carlo simulations with hybrid 3GPP/ITU channel modelling demonstrate that joint optimization of dynamic NFL, downtilt angles,and isolation distance (ISOD)satisfies theITU-RSA.155 coexistence criterion.This work establishes a theoretical foundation and parametric benchmarks for 6G satelite-terrestrial spectrum sharing.
