Abstract： In the processof digital and intelligent transformation， private higher education encounters challenges in teaching modes，resource integration，and management eficiency.This paper presents solutions including the establishment of a policy guarantee system，the innovation of smart teaching modes，the intellgent allocation of educational resources，and the development of an ecological synergy mechanism.These measures aim to promote the in-depth integrationofartificial intelligenceandeducation，break through traditional limitations，enhancethequality of talent cultivation， and provide ideas for the transformation.
