Establishment and Guidance Strategies of Employment Outlook for Railwayrelated Higher Vocational College Students in the Big Data Era

Abstract： As the railway industry stands at a critical stage of digital transformation，big data technology is reshaping the job structure and employment ecology. From the perspective of big data， this paper analyzes the new changes in the railway employment ecology，identifies the shortcomings in the employment outlook of higher vocational collge students，and further puts forward guiding countermeasures.These eforts aim to help students establish a scientific employment outlook and cultivate compound railway talents with technical capabilities and comprehensive qualities.
