Analysis of Difficulties in the Implementation Process of the Unified Communication Platform and Research on Countermeasures

Abstract：The UC （unified communication） platform isan important component of the Command& Dispatch system.Its logical architecture is located in the Support domain among the "four domains" （Perception domain， Cognition domain，Action domain，and Support domain）.Itcan be connected to various types of heterogeneous communication systems to formthe communication function base of an integrated Command &Dispatch system.This article briefly introduces thefunctions and positioningofthe unifedcommunication platform.It uses thecase analysis method to analyze and discuss the implementation projects of the unified communication platform organized and implemented byour institute in thepast.It proposes solutions to somerepresentative diffcult problems.Itis hoped that these experiences and lessons can be referred to and learned from by those who come after.
