Abstract： This article introduces the basic concepts and processs of video editing and splicing，as wellas the current application status of deep learning in video processing，and explores video feature extraction techniques based on deep learning. On this basis，research has been conducted on video automatic editing technology and video automatic stitching technology.By introducing high-level feature representation and generation models of deep learning，significant achievements have been made in improving the accuracyand fluency of video editing and stitching，providing new ideas and technological approaches for the automation and intellgence of video processing.
