Abstract： This article explores the informationization construction ofcolege student file management in the eraof bigdata.Combining with the necessity analysis of informationization construction in collge student file management intheeraofbigdata，byanalyzing the specificchalenges itfaces，effctive paths for informationization construction ofcolege student file management in the era of big data are proposed from the aspects of institutional system，informationizationplatformconstruction，securitysystem，datasharing，service mode，andtalentteam.The aim is to provide reference for universities to improve the level of informationization construction of student file management， fully tap the value of big data technology，and optimize student file management work.
