Abstract：This articleexplores the relationship，current situation，and development between thecultivationof digital talents in application-oriented universities andtheuniversal provision ofurban and rural public cultural services fromthe perspective of symbiosis theory.It deconstructs and reconstructs the practical path of industry education integration inapplication-oriented universities，explains the symbiotic mechanismofapplication-orienteduniversities integrating urban and rural publiccultural services in digital transformation，and reflects onthe practical path under the drive of digital intelligence.
