Abstract: The rapid development of new media technology has profoundly changed the ecological environment of psychological education in universities.This article starts fromthe dual impact ofnew media on the psychological development ofcollege students,analyzes theoportunities and challenges faced by current psychological education in universities,proposes theconstructionofa"fullmedia,fullelements,andfullprocess"psychologicaleducatiomodel, and explores the practical path of achieving high-quality development of psychological education through media integration, resource integration, and technological empowerment.
