Robust Millimeter-Wave Real-Time Heart Rate Monitoring Based on CGSF

Abstract: This paper proposes a real-time heart rate monitoring method based on CGSF (Confidence and Gradient-based Segmented Filtering),which addresss the prevalent isse of numerical drift inreal-time monitoring and enables long-term stable and accurate heart rate monitoring.The method begins with preprocessng the raw echo signals.Subsequently,data filteringare performed,includingrespiratory harmonic filteringand confidencegradient segmented filtering,based on the preprocesing results.This ensures continuous and stable output ofaccurate measurements without interference during prolonged monitoring.The results of prototype field test analysis show that the algorithm has high measurement accuracy,and its performance mets the requirements of the AAMI standard. Meanwhile,the algorithm features strong robustnessand can be flexibly deployed in AIoT edge products to meet the needs of non-clinical real-time health monitoring.
