Abstract： This paper analyzes the basic connotation of the collborative development between the Internet of Things （IoT）professional group in secondary vocational education and the skiled societyexplores the demand characteristics of the skiled society for IoT professional talents，and puts forward the objectives，principles and contents ofconstructing the collaborativedevelopment mechanismbetween the two.The aim is to improve the quality of talents，promote industrial development，andcontribute tothe high-qualityconstructionofthe skilldsociety.
