食品中农药残留检测误差来源分析及控制措施
Abstract: This paper analyzes the main sources of erors that may occur in the detection of pesticide residues in foods,covering links suchassample collction,pretreatment,istrumentequipment,detectionmethods,andpersonnel operation. It also proposes scientific and standardized control measures,such as reasonable sampling,standardized sample pretreatment,strengthened management of instruments and equipment,rational selection of detection methods,and enhanced personneltraining, withthe aimofproviding theoretical basis and practicalreferences for improving theaccuracy of pesticide residue detection results,thus contributing to the perfection of the food safety supervision system.
