Discussion on the Current Status and Improvement Strategies of Microbial Detection Capabilities in Grassroots Food Testing Institutions

Abstract: Against the background of the continuous improvement of food safety regulatory systems, the construction of microbial detection capabilities in grassoots food testing institutions has become an important foundation for ensuring food quality and safety.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the microbial detection work systems in grassroots food testing institutions,identifies key isses such as low professional qualityof testing personel and backward and limited technical methods,and proposes systematic improvement strategies including systematization of personnel training and modernization of technical methods,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing grassroots microbial detection capabilities.
