高校食堂食品安全内部报告奖励机制的构建路径及实践方法探讨
Abstract: Food safety in university canteens is directly related to the physical health of teachers and students and the stabilityofthe campus.Building a scientific and efective risk preventionand controlsystem is the core task of universitylogistics management.At present,the supervision of food safety in universitycanteens is in a predicament of being strict externally but weak internaly. Food safety hazards are often related to non-standard internal operations.Ifnot rectified in time,theycan easily leadto serious food safety problems.Thisarticle focuses on the internalreporting reward mechanism,systematically explores itsrole,construction pathand practical methods, and proposes a four-dimensional framework of institutional guarantee,channel optimization,reward matching and cultural cultivation.By designing hierarchical reward standards and anonymous protection mechanisms,it promotes the shift ofsupervision from passive handling to active prevention.Theresearch aims to provide a new model for the governance of food safety in university canteens and has practical value for enhancing the governance capacity of campus public safety.
