乳制品加工质量安全管理现状与提升策略研究
Abstract: Against the backdrop of consumption upgrading and continuously enhanced health awareness, dairy product qualitysafety has become a focal point ofsocial concem.Through in-depth analysis of China’sdairy product processing quality safety management system,this paper identifies key isses such as weak quality control capabilities at production sources and uneven quality management levels in processing procedures, and proposes systematic improvement strategies including strengthening source quality control and enhancing processing management levels, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting high-quality development of the dairy industry.
