Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Inspection and Testing and Corresponding Strategies

Abstract： This paper analyzes the factors influencing the accuracy of food inspection and testing results from four aspects： personnel， equipment， environment and methods，and proposes corrsponding strategies， including strengthening personnel training and capacity building， optimizing equipment procurement and improving the maintenance management systems， strictly controlling laboratory environmental parameters，and accurately selecting testing methods based on actual needs.The purpose is to provide theoretical references for optimizing food testing processes and improving regulatory efficiency.
