高效液相色谱法测定果汁中的阿斯巴甜

Abstract: To establish an eficient and accurate HPLC method for the quantitative analysis of aspartame in fruit juice, Agilent ZORBAX SB- ⋅C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used to isocratically elute acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL⋅min-1 ,the column temperature was 30∘C ,the detection wavelength was 210nm ,the injection volume was 10μL, ,and the sample was filtered by 0.45μm filter membrane (high-pulp samples need to be centrifuged first)and then injected directly. The results showed that the mass concentration of the target substance had a good linear relationship at 0.5μg⋅mL-1 to 100.0μg⋅mL-1 , the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999, the limit of detection was 0.12μg⋅mL-1 , the limit of quantification was 0.4μg⋅mL-1. ,and the average recovery was 98.5% to 101.2% .This method is accurate and reliable, suitable for thedailydetectionofaspartame in fruit juice drinks,andcan provideareliable analytical method for the quality control of fruit juice products.
