Abstract： This paper compares and analyzes the accuracy， precision and practical application efect of high performance liquid chromatography， enzyme-linked immunosorbent assyand collidal gold rapid quantitative method for the determination of AFT ΔB1 in edible oil. The results show that the three detection methods all meet the requirements of relevant standards and are suitable for diffrent detection scenarios.The colloidal gold rapid quantitative method is suitable for qualitative screening，the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assayis suitable for highthroughput detection，and the high performance liquid chromatography method has high accuracy and good stability， and can be used for the verification and confirmation of positive samples of the rapid detection method.
