食品检验检测中的难点及优化措施分析
Abstract: Food inspection and testing is the core link to ensure food safety.This paper analyzes the difficulties of quality control in food inspectionand testing from four dimensions: instruments and equipment, testing reagents, sample management and testing environment,and proposes targeted optimization measures to improve the accuracy and reliability of inspection and testing results, and provide scientific support for food safety supervision.
