1-MCP处理对果蔬采后品质的影响

Abstract： This paper summarizes the application of 1-methylcyclopropene （1-MCP） by researchers at home and abroad inrecent years，mainly focusing on the efects of1-MCP treatment on the respiration，ethylene release， post-ripening softening，and flavor substances of fruits and vegetables.Insummary， it was found that 1-MCP had a good effect on maintaining the hardness，color and sugar content of fruits and vegetables，and had an inhibitory effect on the material losscaused by respiration and overipe aging caused by ethylene，and had a positive effect on reducing post-harvest physiological diseases of fruits and vegetables.This study has important guiding significance for promoting the healthy development of the fruit and vegetable industry.
