校园食品安全管理优化对策研究

Abstract: With the continuous expansion of school scale and the wide popularization of centralized meal supply models,campus food safety issues have increasingly drawn social attntion.This article focuses on the research of optimization countermeasures for campus food safety management. Through systematic analysis of the main problems currently faced bycampus food safety management,such as the ambiguous definition of the responsibility system,loopholes in supply chain management, the relatively low level of informatization,and uneven qualityof practitioners,this paper proposes optimization measures such as strengthening the responsibility system construction, implementing the full-process management ofthe supplychain,deepening the application of information technology, and enhancing professional training for practitioners.,with theaimof effectively improving the management level of campus food safety,laying a solid foundation for the healthy physical and mental growth of students,and promoting the modernization of educational governance capacity.
