Abstract： This paper analyzes the typical problems existing in the aspects of sample collection， detection equipment，personneloperation，andenvironmentalconditions inthecurrentfoodadditive detection process，andputs forward targeted optimization countermeasures，aiming to provide theoretical references for improving thequality control level of food additive detection and perfecting the food safety supervision system.
