公共管理视角下的食品安全审计机制研究

Abstract： Food safety is a major issue concerning people's livelihood and public security，directly related to people's physical health and life safety，and concerning the overallsituation of economic and social development. From the perspective of public management， this article systematically analyzes the current situation and prominent problems of China's food safety audit mechanism. By comparing and drawing on the core experiences of typical foreign models，itconstructs a multi-partycollaborative，ful-chaincoverage，and well-structured food safetyaudit optimization path. Research shows that at present，there are structural contradictions in China's food safety auditing， such as asinglesubject，abroken chain，and insuffcient applicationofresults.It is necessrytobe guided by public governance theory，strengthen the government's leading role，stimulate social participation，and enhance technical support.
