中职院校食堂食品安全管理问题及防控措施分析
Analysis ofFood Safety Management Issues and Prevention Measures in Canteens of Secondary Vocational Schools

Abstract: In order to effectively prevent food safety risks in canteens of secondary vocational collges and ensurethe dietary health of teachers and students and the stability of campuses,this paper analyzes the main food safety hazards in the key links of food procurement, storage,processing,testing and supervision in canteens of secondary vocational colleges,and proposes specific and feasible prevention and control countermeasures such as strengthening source control, optimizing the storage environment,standardizing the processing processand improving the supervision mechanism.
