食品安全监督抽检在食品监管中的作用、存在问题及对策

Abstract： The food safety supervision and sampling inspection system is an important component of the modern food safety governance system and a key means for market supervision departments to fulflltheir regulatory duties. In combination with the role of food safety supervision and sampling inspection，this paper analyzes the problems existingin food safety supervision and sampling inspection in food supervision，such as insufficient coverage of sampling inspection，inconsistent sampling inspection standards，and unreasonable handlingof sampling inspection results，and proposes solutions such as expanding the coverage of sampling inspection， unifying sampling inspection standards， and optimizing the handling of sampling inspection results.
