Abstract： Blockchain technology， with its decentralized and immutable features，offers a new approach to solvingtheproblemoffood safety traceability.Based onareviewof the current situation offood safety traceability in “One Village，OneProduct，thisarticleanalyzes keyisuessuchasdata fraud，lackofstandards，andlowparticipation of farmers.It also proposes an innovative path for food safetytraceability strategies in“One Vilage，One Product" based on blockchain from the dimensions of data collction，policy supervision，and stakeholdercollaboration. With the aim of achieving high quality and high prices for characteristic agricultural products and empowering the revitalization of industries.
