Abstract： The advent of the digital economy era has rendered traditional fod quality supervision models inadequate for addressng increasinglycomplex and dynamic food safety challenges，with regulatory effectiveness failing to meet the public's growing safety expectations.This paper comprehensively examines the necessity of strengthening food qualitysupervision in thecurrent context，delves into the existing challenges faced by modern fod quality regulation，and proposes practical strategies tailored to real-world conditions to enhance regulatory effectiveness.
