基层检验检测机构食品添加剂检测面临的挑战与优化建议

Abstract： As frontline forces in food safety supervision， grassoots inspection and testing institutions undertake the important responsibilityof daily testingoffood additives.Starting from the importance of strengthening food additive testing in grassroots institutions，this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the challenges faced by grassroots institutions in testing practice and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions，aiming to improve the fodadditive testing effciency of grassroots inspection and testing institutions and consolidate the first line of defense in food safety supervision.
