PLS模型结合原子荧光光谱法高效检测矿泉水中亚硒酸盐和硒代半胱氨酸

Abstract: A high eficiency selenium speciation analysis method in mineral water with low instrument requirementsandlowtechnical threshold was established.Insteadof typicalchromatographicmethod,thepartialeast squares combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometrycan achieve accurate,convenient and efficient detection of selenite and selenocysteine.The principal component fraction of the fixed model was 3,the correlationcoefficient betweenthe output results of the model and the theoretical value was greater than 0.998,the detection limit of selenite was 0.345ng⋅mL-1 ,the limit of quantification was 1.150ng⋅mL-1 ,the detection limit of selenocysteine was (20 0.806ng⋅mL-1 ,and the limit of quantification was 2.688ng⋅mL-1 .The relative standard deviation in the precision experiment was less than 5% ,and the recovery rate was 90.6% to 113.6% . The test results of the actual samples showedthat the relative deviation between the results ofthis method and the conventional liquid chromatographyatomic fluorescence spectrometry was less than 4% . Studieshave proved that this method can be used for the detection of selenite and selenocysteine in mineral water.
