奶粉生产过程中的食品安全风险识别与防控策略研究

Abstract: As the main source of daily nutrition for special groups,the food safety risks in the production process of milk powder have always been of great concern to the industry and regulatory authorities.This paper systematicallsortsoutthe types of biological,chemical,physical and process risks that may exist ineach link of milk powder production,and explores multi-dimensional risk identification methods based on actual production. Based on this,a full-process preventionand control strategy covering raw material collection, process processing, equipment environment and warehousing transportation is proposed for the identified risk points,with the aim of providing references for milk powder manufacturing enterprises to improve their risk monitoring and emergency response systems and enhance their food safety guarantee capabilities.
