产业结构调整下食品抽检方向变化研究
Abstract: With the continuous deepening and adjustment of China's industrial structure,the food industry chain has shown a highly complex development trend.The traditional random inspection system is gradually unable to meet the new demands of industrial transformation in terms of frequency planning,target screening and technology application. Food safety risks are spreading from upstream links such as raw material supply and production procesing to terminal scenarios like ready-to-eat meals,instant delivery,and e-commerce sales, presenting characteristics such as extended chains,concealed risks,and diversified scenarios.This paper analyzes the characteristics ofthechanges inthefood industrypattern underthe backgroundofindustrial structure adjustment,and proposes optimization paths such as building a hierarchicalrisk sampling inspection system,improving the terminaloriented distribution mechanism, promoting the dual-track collaboration of laboratory testing and intelligent rapid testing,establishing a cross-departmental data sharing platform,and setingupasocialco-governance mechanism.
